Frequently asked questions
How much do I pay, and how often?
On a solo plan it's entirely up to you — choose any amount and pay it daily, weekly or monthly, at your own pace. Pay more to finish faster, or keep it gentle. Group plans work differently: items up to ₦100,000 are split into 1 or 2 slots of ₦1,000 a day.
When do I get my item?
On a solo plan, once you've paid half (50%) of the price we deliver it, and you finish the balance afterwards. In a group, items are delivered in position order as the group's funds build.
Can I get my money back as cash?
No — and that's by design. Money you pay in can only ever become a product, now or later. There are no cash withdrawals anywhere in the system. Any surplus stays in your wallet's available balance for another item.
What happens if I miss a payment?
We track it so it's never a surprise. Fall behind your schedule and the payment shows as 'missed' on your dashboard (and a banner reminds you of the amount); catch up any time. It matters most after a solo item is delivered at 50% — you still owe the balance, and if the agreed payment window passes with money still owed it becomes 'overdue' and shows in red. There are no hidden late fees, but please clear overdue balances to keep your account in good standing.
What's the difference between a solo plan and a group plan?
A solo plan is just you, with no price cap — pick any item and choose how you pay: any amount, daily, weekly or monthly, delivered at 50%. A group plan is a shared slot pool for items up to ₦100,000 (1 or 2 slots each), where members receive their item in position order. You can run several plans at once.
Is this mandatory to shop?
Absolutely not. Pay Small Small is completely optional — you can buy any item outright instead. Joining a plan never blocks an outright purchase.
